On 24th & 25th July we will reach record highs, with 42°C being the highest recorded temperature in the last 20 years. This will affect operations of our datacenters.
The datacenters have determined 2 risk periods:
• Wednesday 24/07 from 17:00 to 21:00 CET
• Thursday 25/07 from 14:00 to 17:00 CET
There is a chance some servers can go down during this period. As a preventive measure the datacenter is also shutting off non-vital devices, which could result in a longer incident response time in the network infrastructure.
Our team is monitoring the situation and will report here if there are incidents.
This only affects services in France. We have not received such information for other locations.
